HOLOFLASH is a Stockholm, Sweden based composer, musician and music producer. Specialising in everything 1980’s. From smooth-jazz to popwave, to training-montage AOR - HOLOFLASH brings the sounds of the most radical music decade into the modern age. The debut album “FUSIONWAVE” was released in 2022 and is a fine summary of the first chapter of the project. The album has been received warmly by the retrowave community and the songs “Stay” and “I’m Just In Love” are featured on the New Retro Wave YouTube channel HOLOFLASH aka. Michael Palace is best known for his eponymous melodic hard rock project Palace, which has gone through four iterations and released the latest album “One 4 The Road” in 2022. Since officially beginning his professional music career in 2016 and signing a world-wide record deal with Frontiers Records, Michael has been a part of numerous albums in the genre - as songwriter, guitarist, backing vocalist and, more recently, producer and engineer. Kent Hilli, Nevena, Platforms, Kryptonite, First Signal, Crazy Lixx, Houston, and Italove are some of the bands and artists that Michael has collaborated with throughout the years. In the beginning of 2023, HOLOFLASH was commissioned by long time friends and fellow 1980’s fanatics - French indie film makers Masebrothers, to write a theme-song for their action film “Dragon Cop”.
