H.I.C. Systeemi was founded in the early 1980`s in Ylivieska, Finland. The line-up: Pyyli, Viska, Tomppa, Mökä and Möttö took a part of couple of compilation albums soon. The most famous is Propaganda - Hardcore `83 -album. Their debut album was finally released in Germany with name "Slut". It was licensed from finnish Propaganda Records to Erazerhead Records.
