CURRENTLY ON HIATUS AS OF JULY 2013 Formed In 2010 in Elgin, Scotland Guys At The Hotdog Stand started out as a small 3-piece Pop Punk band consisting of Singer and bassist Ban Hogan, Guitarist Sean Ellis And drummer Cameron Fordyce, Guys at The Hotdog Stand played their first public performance at the Elgin Academy Tallent show 2010. They then went on to play a 30 minute set at The Venue (Now Closed Down). After this they began to realize there was only a finite amount of songs that can be played with a 1 guitar. And so Chris Brebner was brought in to play Bass, with Ben switching to Rhythm Guitar and staing on vocals. If your Confuzzled that's ok. But wait there's is still the whole singer saga! Ben Left, Joe Fox Joined, Joe left, Ross Jenkins joined, Ross Left, Eliot Joined. And we dont speak of Brindley Huges... Basically the final line up stands as Elliot Stradling: Vocals & Rhythm Guitar Sean (OJ) Ellis: Lead Guitar & Backing Vocals Chris (Can't Smell) Brebner: Bass & Very Occasional Backing vocals Cameron (C-Man) Fordyce: Drum Kit So they then went on to play at the Wall Of Rock 2011 at Lossiemouth's Station Park to a crowd of about 1000 despite the vast amount of those were there for the stalls and car boot sale. Now with no sense of direction or purpose they begin to do absolutely no rehearsal at all for the 2011 Elgin Academy Tallent Show and wait for the gig invites to come flying inβ¦.
