Guide The Light started out as an acoustic project back in the summer of 2008. However, after a few band practices we made a decision to become a full band. So in September 2008, Callum Lewis joined the band and became our drummer. We are just a group of five kids that all share the same passion for music and performing. We have worked very hard to write a good selection of songs, and recently recorded a three track demo at Chamber Studios in Edinburgh under the helpful guidance of engineer and producer Jamie Watson. Around the same time we played our first gig as a full band at our school's spring concert, and we were pleased to hear plenty of good feedback. Our demo is currently up for free download and available for free, all we ask is that you listen to it, if you like it save the tracks, and then pass it on. Even if you don't like it, it would be much appreciated if you passed it on to someone who you think will like it, to keep the chain going and to support your local music scene. We are currently developing our next move so wait patiently there will be news soon.
