Artist
Seattle's Guest Directors have been releasing records since 2016, to strong reviews in Big Takeover, Alt Revue, Take Effect, and a variety of local publications. They’ve garnered airplay on KEXP, DKFM, and a plethora of international radio shows and playlists. Live shows have been likened to Swervedriver, both on power and melody, as well as their back-and-forth guitar lines. They’ve played locally with New Candys, Slow Crush, Alain Johannes, Deserta, and Love Battery. "Interference Patterns" (9/22/23) is their first full-length album after five EP releases. Like a broken mirror, the album reflects a multitude of emotional and musical pathways where the songs spiral one after another - sometimes powerful and sometimes delicate. They can sound like snowflakes and hail storms, sometimes in the same song. User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
