GROWING YOUNG is a Seward, Nebraska-based rock band. The group was born when the members began playing together while they were all in high school. Over the next few months, the group began to write their own music and develop a distinct blend of punk intensity, melodic early rock sensibilty and pure fun. *** THE BAND HAS PLAYED in every corner of Nebraska and other parts of the Midwest. They have gained a reputation for a high-energy stage presence and for inspiring fist-pumping, top-of-the-lungs-singing, sweating, jumping audiences wherever they go. Along the way, they have shared the stage with Remedy Drive, Day of Fire, Fate of Angels, Alli and I, and Pilot for Kite. Growing Young is currently writing new material and making plans to take their unique sound to more fans in more places.
