Remember "Judgment Night"? This monster of an soundtrack hit the world back in 1993, the giants of Metal, Hardcore, Alternative and Hip Hop meets for an absolutely Killer-blast! Slayer, Ice-T, Biohazard, Cypress Hill, Boo Ya-Tribe, Helmet. It was a milestone for the whole 90s Crossover scene and a blue print for many followers. Also the GROBE KNÜPPEL loves this stuff, their music is strong influenced by BIOHAZARD, PRO-PAIN, BODY COUNT, SUICIDAL TENDENCIES etc. On their new album "Unbeugsam" the GK try to create another "Judgement Night", to collect and melt some diffferent Hardcore & Metal styles to an heavy Crossover masterpiece. It contains some rippin SLAYER-Style Trashers, epic numbers like the COWBAR-esque "Unter Geiern", manic trashers like "Wer schützt uns vor Euch" (Think EXPLOITED meets BLOOD FOR BLOOD) and also some CYPRESS HILL-related stuff like "Ein Gesicht". 12 variedly tracks full of aggression and anger, the mighty return of 90s style Crossover-Hardcore! The lyrics are completely in german, but theyre follow the burning spirit of Jello Biafra and the the rude way of G.G.Allin: cynical attacks vs. Society, Big Brother, the Government and obscene comments about genitals. Hard words and Hard-ons. Thats the second full length by the GK, est. 2008, the long-awaited following to "Der Hölle ein Licht" (ASPHALT, 2008). The band is meanwhile well-known in Germanys Hardcore/Punk & Metal-scenes, plays approx. 50 shows per year (support shows for PRO PAIN, BONES, PERKELE,
