Starting her career at the early age of 8th, with the name of Lille Grethe, Grethe Kausland had an impressive career. Born in Norway in 1947, she was a singer, actress, almost an allround entertainer. Most people outside Norway however will know her because of her performances at the Eurovision Song Contest. In 1972 she sang together with Benny Borg the song Småting. They ended onthe 14th place. Grethe had to fight cancer and died on 16 November 2007.
