Gregg White is an experimental project by 2 people. Started in early 2020. after the idea of "Drone Jazz" had been kicking around a while, work finally began. featuring highly emotional drones, and exceedingly natural field recordings, with just the right amount of synths thrown in on top of the mix. Gregg White was released in May 2020, and featured 4 beautiful, polished songs. After the drastic success of Gregg White, ideas began to flow for a second album. The idea for the title came by the falls, at the same place "At The Falls" was recording (The field recording at the end of Gregg White). The name Deck the Halls with Shale was created, and birthed the album title "Gregg White 2: a Gregg White Christmas". This album was to be released on December 26th, 2020. Work was tireless on Gregg White 2: A Gregg White Christmas, and despite a few hiccups, it came out, as planned on December 26th. The release was huge, Fans worldwide rushed to their devices to listen as soon as possible. The reaction was super, and it is deemed impossible to dislike this album.
