Greg Fisher is a singer and guitarist, primarily known for playing in the Alternative Rock band Oneyeopen (2005 - 2010) Fisher wrote the songs, sang them and played lead guitar. The band were formed and played mostly in the Mid-Wales area in the towns of Llandrindod Wells, Builth Wells, Newtown, Llanidloes and Rhayader. Oneyeopen recorded one studio album, Sending You Greetings From The Other Side (2006) which was engineered and produced by Ed Lewis of Giant Wafer studios. Various other demos exist but very little is available online. In the years that the band existed there were various line-up changes, usually the bass player. After playing regularly at festivals around Wales and some club gigs in Central London, the group disbanded. Currently, Greg Fisher has been playing solo gigs in and around the University town of Lampeter, where he studies Film. His acoustic sets tend to include covers (Townes Van Zandt, Ryan Adams, Todd Snider) and original songs (some from the Oneyeopen repetoire). Various live performances can be found on You Tube.
