There is more than one artist with this name: 1) Green Man is an American band based in southern California and was formed in 1992 by core members April Theriault, Martin Morrisey and Ken Eros. The group has independently released two CDs to date on Bad Baby Records: 'GREEN MAN' (1998) and 'lovedeathbeauty' (2004). Their new CD 'When You Were a Tadpole and I Was a Fish' is slated for release in 2010. Green Man often blends world beats, Celtic melodies and contemporary, pop and electronica elements; frequently blurring the lines between genres, whether it be an original composition or an unexpected arrangement of a traditional song. 2) Green Man was also a British band that emerged from the Bedfordshire Folk scene in the summer of 1972.
