Green Hornet is a contemporary sixties garage trio from the town of Groningen, The Netherlands. Formed in 1992 their sound has been compared to The Jon Spencer Blues Explosion, mixing rockabilly, 'bit city blues', early punk and sixties psych/garage. Green Hornet is (and has been from the outset): André (organ, guitar, bluesharp, vocals), Olaf (guitar, vocals) and Koos (drums). They released four full-length studiop LPs: Going Down (2000), Soulscum (2003), So Much To Give (2007) and Never Enough (2015). Other releases include 2001's Heavyweights (an original soundtrack recording, released on 10-inch vinyl) and Holland Shuffle (2003), a recording of Green Hornet in concert with American blues/garage/sleaze legend, Andre Williams.
