Maturing through influences such as Depeche Mode, David Bowie, Massive Attack and Skinny Puppy, GDofN rides a sound that pays homage without being stuck in striped pants. In 1999 Great Deal of Noise released their first self titled demo to great reviews. In 2003, GDofN recorded 13 Convolutions with Neony V. There was an undeniable synergy among these three as well as plenty of vodka. Cerv and Hex S. crafted soundscapes that brought Neony V's lyrical imagery to life. Continually evolving, Great Deal of Noise's latest offering welcomes long time friend and collaborator Denton Rock (Santeria/Curl/The Monarchy). Denton's rich, dark voice pulls you through melodic lines, dropping you into irresistible choruses. Cerv and Snooze(X) craft the sonic vessel that sets sail on a new chapter in Great Deal of Noise's sound.
