Gossip Grows On Trees focuses on writing catchy, sugar-coated guitar hooks and heartfelt lyrics with polished harmonies. Formulated in the Summer of 2009, lead singer Nora Onufer lends her rough, blues-soaked voice to the helm of the Chapel Hill, North Carolina-based five-piece, dovetailing with additional vocals from guitarists Sean Spollen and Tyler Drake. Rounded out by Jay Lowe’s rolling bass lines and Jim Logrando’s sweeping drums, Gossip Grows On Trees creates honest, energetic music based on a solid foundation of collaborative songwriting.
