Spencer Shoop was touring the world with one of his many ultra-successful bands (Her Name Here, Caution, White Savages). He was on his last gig in Canada before heading out to the European leg of the tour when he stumbled upon a homeless drummer with an outrageous beard. The drummer had a broken drum stick and seemed like a good guy, so they started a band. They formed in 2010 and are now based out of Boston, MA. The first EP, 'Soma Holiday' was released in October 2011. They broke up in late 2011, but their guitarist continued with White Savages and other bands, with their drummer continuing in a band called MegaShrub.
