Gone Eyeless is a progressive metal band with strong gothic rock/ death metal influences from Newcastle-upon-Tyne, UK. The band is currently not a live act. The members are Jimmy Eyles (vocals/ guitar/ bass/ synthesizer/ programming) and producer Liam Gaughan (vocals/ guitar/ bass/ orchestration/ programming). In the studio this duo occasionally complimented by guest vocalists and musicians, as well as a drum machine named "Dave". The group finished their debut album 'Luminance' in October 2007 and the online EP 'Frozen Empires' in September 2008. The latest effort, entitled 'Sightless Eyes See No Lies' is set to be a 3-disc concept album telling a story of war, politics, nuclear annihilation and time travel. 'Sightless Eyes See No Lies' is set for release in late 2010.
