Emerging from the heart of Goiânia, Brazil, Godheim stands as a potent force in the viking metal landscape, intricately blending in elements of black metal. This dynamic collective consists of Pedro Nasser on guitars, Thales Braga on drums, Raul Izidoro on bass, Erick Z on vocals, and Maycon Dias handling additional guitars. Each member brings a unique flair to the rich sonic tapestry of Godheim. Deriving its name, which means 'home of the Gods,' from Asgard, one of the Nine Worlds of Norse Mythology, Godheim's music is imbued with a sense of mythical grandeur and epic storytelling. The band's influences trace back to prominent acts like Týr and Ensiferum, but they take these inspirations and craft their own unique brand of music that pushes boundaries. Their pioneering track, The Unbreakable Spirits, set the stage for their inaugural album, acting as a compelling invitation to their musical realm.
