Besides Giovanni Zarella, there is a Brazilian singer of Christian evangelical music who publishes under the name Giovani. Giovanni Zarrella (* 4 March 1978 in Hechingen) is a German-Italian musician and television presenter. He became known in 2001 as the singer of the band Bro'Sis. Youth Giovanni Zarrella saw the light of day on 4 March 1978, as the first child of Clementina and Bruno Zarrella, in Hechingen. Just like his sister Maria and brother Stefano, Zarrella grew up bilingual. He took piano and organ lessons at a young age and singing lessons at the age of 15. Zarrella was also active in sports as a passionate football player. He made it to the B-youth team of AS Rome when his family lived in Italy for a year. At the age of 16, he founded his first band Brotherhood. After graduating from high school, he did an apprenticeship as an IT systems clerk. After that, Zarrella moved to the sales department of Hugo Boss. Karriere Bro’Sis On 10 October 2001, Zarrella took part in a casting for the programme "Popstars" in Stuttgart together with 1,702 other applicants. He was able to convince the jury with How Deep is your Love by the Bee Gees.
