Artist
Ghost of Summer Suns is the solo moniker of singer / guitarist / songwriter Elizabeth Elkins of The Swear. With this project, Elizabeth creates what Resonator Magazine calls “confessional, winter-kissed soundscapes and swirls of midnight” reminiscent of PJ Harvey and Aimee Mann. Her songs have been described as contemporary epics that could easily double as provocative, stand-alone poetry. "An exercise of majestic solitude and tempered fury: confounding vignettes of wintry apparitions. If, in some alternate universe, Percy Shelley, Stanley Kubrick and Tori Amos formed a supergroup, it would sound a lot like Ghost of Summer Suns." - Performer Magazine User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
