There is more than one artist by this name. 1. A Philadelphia based musician who, along with drummer Eli Sklarsky, creates acoustic singer/songwriter music. Also billed as "Gero and Eli". 2. Gero (born: Gergely Nagy) is also a Hungarian DJ and an electronic musician with downtempo, deep house, jazzdance style. 4. A cold wave experimental post-noise repulsive-style band in Euskadi inspired by Joy Division, Madame B, Alien Sex Fiend and The Velvet Underground, and whose line-up is composed of various N.A.M.E. records'es members (indeed just like 4AD did with This Mortal Coil).
