Rod and Inara met when Inara sang backup on Rod's band Idlewild's last record. She then supported them on tour in the US and they quickly became close friends. They decided to write some songs together across the atlantic ocean by emailing ideas back and forth and have recorded a full album in a hotel room with Dave Eringa but it is unlikely that it will be released.
