George Alistair Sanger, also known as The Fat Man is one of the most famous video game music composers of all time. He is the American equivalent to Koji Kondo, except for computer music. He has done hundreds of soundtracks to games including The 7th Guest, The 11th Hour, and Wing Commander. He has also done a few soundtracks to NES games including The Rocketeer (with Dave Hayes) and Home Alone. he still makes music to this very day. He has a band called Team FAT that helps him with his video game soundtracks. Sanger began to do music when the audio quality, as he puts it, was like "ice-cream truck music". In other words, 8-bit. He also had a sound card certification program for MIDI called FATLabs where if the sound card's MIDI instruments were balanced, they would pass.
