Gentle Fish Mumbling is a collaboration between Zerointerno (In The Dark, ex-Guten Morguen, ex-Idle Guards, ) and Krolikov (Polenadisto&Bodhidharma, ex-Amanda Guest). Inspired by various fantasy-related media, especially 90s videogame soundtracks and naive black metal albums' intros and outros, Gentle Fish Mumbling explores the space between neoclassical music and lo-fi bedroom-studio electronic sound. The idea of making a record together came around 2007. It took Krolikov three years of procrastination to finally get things done though. All music was written by Zerointerno, whereas Krolikov acted as a sound producer and provided some minor input on arrangements.
