Gendolf Q was found in early 2006, originally under the name Mörkö. They changed their name as Gendolf Q in autumn 2007. Jannexorz still continued producing suomisoundi and other weird stuff under that name. Gendolf Q:s musical style is mainly experimental and futuristic psychedelic trance. They also produce more progressive tracks which include influences from other musical styles like ambient, trip hop, and drum'n'bass. In december 2009, Gendolf Q released their first full length album for free to download named Magic Pixie Drink.
