1) Garrison were a post-hardcore punk band from Boston formed in 1996. Incorporating elements of math rock, shoegaze, and emocore into their sound, the band achieved moderate success, playing several hundred concerts in the United States, Great Britain, and Japan, as well as releasing two albums with Huntington Beach record label Revelation Records along the way.
