Gargamella borns into the woods of Maremma (Italy), in 1996. The project takes inspiration from the ancient music of the middle age. The work of Gargamella has not a philological intent. It wants only to be evocative. Instruments played are modern and very various. Some melodies are taken from the european tradition (France, Spain, Italy and others), but the big part is original music.
