Gamma Leonis is a recording outfit from Maine composed of Lonesome Dave (electric/acoustic/resonator/lap steel/bass guitars, keyboards, Theremin, mandolin, etc.) and John Worsley (vocals) originally Solar Wind and then changed their name discovering there were other bands with this name. They play good rock with heavy influences by Progressive Rock and Hard Rock (such as Pink Floyd, Yes, Kansas, Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Jeff Beck, Deep Purple with Steve Morse, Rainbow, Al DiMeola, Moody Blues, on and on and on). Being two, they're a studio band but they did play several decades live in various club bands.
