Gamlehjemmet is a one man project based in Sandnes, Norway. The identity of Gamlehjemmet is unknown, but according to listeners on last.fm he's probably a man about 20 years old. It's also known that most of the music was made from 2005 to 2007. In the music of Gamlehjemmet a big amount of influences can be found, ranging from drum'n'bass to acid. The tonality also spans from simple chord progressions to atonal loops and melodies. Since all Gamlehjemmets music was released on Myspace and Last.fm in 2008, nothing has been heard from the artist. It is likely that no music has been made since this, and that the project doesn't exist anymore. However, one theory sais that the artist has radically changed his style and started releasing music under another alias or his birth name. This is not confirmed.
