Galoppierende Zuversicht (roughly translated as "galloping confidence") is the collaborative project of Bang Goes and Styro2000 from the Swiss label Bruchstuecke. Called by Ricardo Villalobos the "Best Techno Act in the World". Their recorded output is somewhat small, but this is only because they focus so much energy on making their live sets amazing and can't be bothered to finish many studio tracks. Their live set-up consists of about a dozen pieces of hardware (some of them self-built), with no laptops in sight. These guys made a huge splash on their first visit to North America in the spring of 2005, playing a few select gigs at tastemaker parties such as Mutek, The Bunker, Wolf + Lamb, and Kontrol.
