Biography: The band started in November 1992 as Shooting Gallery when three quarters of the band 17 – Seventeen, Niklas Rollgard (guitar), Jonas Andersson (bass) and Patrik Borkvist (drums) found a new vocalist in Anders Vidhav (Bengtsson). The project took off immediately with the band writing songs and they soon signed a record deal with the German label Inline Music. Already in summer 1993, the band recorded what was to become their debut album in Wilster, Germany, with Mike Bettison as producer. The release was postponed numerous times due to the record label having financial problems. In 1994 the label finally went bankrupt after the managing director of the company had emptied the company of all its funds and disappeared together with the secretary, leaving the band in a vacuum. In 1995 the owner of the German label Dream Circle Records heard the recordings by chance and decided to acquire the rights and release the album. Before the release the band decided to drop “Shooting” and change to [gaeleri] and in 1996 their self-titled debut album was finally released. The album received great reviews in the press, but only a limited first edition reached the market before this label went bankrupt as well. Today it is almost impossible to find the album and it has become a collector’s item. Spending most of 1997 touring Scandinavia the band went on recording their second album, “Still Here” in Airplay Studios, Stockholm with Chris Laney and Pontus Norgren as producers. Th
