Delgado was the lead singer of german new wave pioneers D.A.F. (Deutsch Amerikanische Freundschaft). Also contributed to the bands Mittagspause, Charley's Girls and DAF/DOS. Gabi Delgado has released two albums: "Mistress" (1983) and "1" (2014). The latter "1" showed a mix of EBM, techno, and house music. He was born as Gabriel Delgado López on April 18, 1958 in Córdoba and passed away on March 22, 2020 at the age of 61.
