The root of Gépmadár was founded in 2016 in Hungary, under the name Flash X. The band started playing popular rock covers in small local venues. In 2017 they added a second guitarist for complexity, got a new singer and started to write their own songs. Since the original lineup and purpose changed, they reflected on it with a new name. 'Nyomd A Gázt' is their first single.
