Fsik Huvnx was formed in Miami, FL in 2005 by visual artist, David Brieske. He is the sole member of this project, though other musicians have collaborated with him for live performances. Fsik Huvnx began as the working title for a short set of lo-fi, musique concrète pieces created for an experimental radio show in Miami. After numerous studio and live recordings were made and distributed digitally, a cassette release of The Temple was to be released on iki jime owen meany records in Miami, in 2012. The project was cancelled, but the album has been released digitally. The debut cassette release, Sarmoung was released on Other-Electricities on 25 May 2014.
