From Autumn To Ashes (or FATA) is a US American post-hardcore/metalcore/emo/screamo band from Long Island, New York, USA which formed in 2000, split up in 2008 and reunited in 2014 (only for live shows so far). Perri provided screaming vocals, while Mark sung clean vocals. Commenting on the name of their band, Scott Gross (guitar) said that no one is going to get the right answer on this one because that would pretty much end the band, and that no one is going to know the reason and they would keep it that way.
