Free Candy is an electrifying, upbeat, “Dyslexic Rock” band that finds its roots and hearts in western PA. Growing up with influences such as Pittsburgh’s own, ‘The Clarks’ and numerous other sounds of the area, they have developed driving songs that pierce through a veil of monotonous cliched garage bands. With Chord-based Rock and Roll that incorporates a Duane Allman/Derek Trucks slide guitar, Driving bass, and a Keith Moon type percussion technique: this is one band that will have you dancing the entire time and humming the songs for 8 days after the show! With electrifying performances at Pittsburgh’s ALTAR BAR, Station Square’s own HARD ROCK CAFE, and numerous other venues across Pennsylvania, Free Candy’s performances are the epitome of a Rock and Roll Show!
