Citing Freddie Mas' biggest influences as "dreams, coincidences and house parties...", the Chicago native is determined to forge a new level of expression in popular music. for the last 5 years he has been introducing a physical dynamic to his productions, collaborations, infamous DJ sets and performances. something that, he feels, has long been missing from a rather stoic NYC dance scene. he describes his sound as "motion motivated" and considers music as "inseparable from the phenomenon of gravity, yet a living art capable of greater possibilities beyond...".
