Frédéric Chapellier said Fred Chapellier, born June 4, 1966 in Metz , is a guitarist, songwriter and performer. Fred Chapellier born June 4, 1966 in Metz , began playing the guitar in 1981 . After a few years of training, he began to turn with his first blues band "Kashmir" (1992 to 1997) before forming the group "Men in Blue" with Big Joe Barret.
