Welcome to Flying Space "Flying Space can BEST be described as a cross between Morcheeba, Massive Attack and Earth, Wind and Fire. Not as DARK as Massive attack, and not as BLUESY as Morcheeba. And certainly more of the WIND and FIRE... than EARTH. But the combination of tripped out beats with REAL drums, BIG warm acoustic guitars, and shimmering pads, is sublime, and sure to relax and delight even the most cynical listener. It's music to relax to late at night and dream of a better life. But it's also uplifting and funky enough to get your foot tapping on the drive in to work. There are also more than a few surprises as the new album unfolds to your ears, once you realise these guys are no "One Horse Act" and can knock out a pop tune, a tripped out paradise, a boogie wonder, and a shuffle beat, all with equal authority. Flying Space are just getting into their stride, and we can expect even MORE surprises from them in the future.
