Flutlicht was formed by two young producers from Winterthur, Switzerland: Daniel Heinzer and Marco Guardia (Reverb). Daniel was always Flutlicht's public face, and Marco Guardia is no longer part of Flutlicht. Flutlicht's first well-known track was the single “Icarus” (Drizzly Records) in 2001. It was followed in 2003 by "The Fall". Icarus was licensed for more than 150 compilations worldwide.
