Flowery Avenues was a 4 (sometimes 5) piece alternative/indie/nerd rock group from Houston, TX. Excerpt from there mp3.com- we got formed by a big producer. we were forced to be friends and were each given our own persona (joel was the jock, matt was the thrift store rocker, andy was the heartthrob, and joe was the rebel). when we failed to gain any popularity, we were ditched by our managers and forced to write our own music and wear our own clothes.
