Floating Ashes is a darkwave / synthpop project by producer / DJ João Pinheiro, created in 2021 and hailing from Lisbon, Portugal. Being no stranger to the alternative electronic scene and with production credits on various projects along the years - Control Alt Deus (Electro-Industrial), U.M.M. (Old-School EBM), Vysehrad (Dark Ambient / Downtempo) - Floating Ashes fuses the softer and melancholic side of Synthpop and Darkwave synths and layers with the heavy and darker sounds of EBM and Industrial drums and percussion.
