Hailing from Rotterdam, Flint & Figure is Jeroen Meijer’s artistic manifestation, embodying his affinity for sound design and melodic craftsmanship. Jeroen's journey started from a young age, taking the musical legacy of his family to new horizons. From the moment he played the first notes on his family’s piano, a lifelong devotion to the world of sound was born. His humble beginnings in 2012 led him to pursue music production and DJ'ing by 2016. Since 2019, Flint & Figure has found solace in the multifaceted realm of Drum & Bass, seamlessly infusing his compositions with soulful hues and delicate jazzy elements. His musical spirit spans a wide range of subgenres in both music production and performance. From liquid to underground, dancefloor and neurofunk, he’s been very active in music production, with releases on reputable labels including Ridmic Records, Celsius Recordings, and Suspended Sounds. In 2022 he became co-founder of DARK MODE Events, a growing Rotterdam-based DnB event organization.
