Flashlight Fiction was: Richard Kentopp - guitar Cari Palazzolo - guitar Reed Chapman - drums Flashlight Fiction is a now defunct side project of Richard from Books Died On, Winston from Bosque Brown, and Cari from Fancy Feast. The average age of the band was 19. Their music sounded a lot like American Football. It featured chiming guitars, textured drums, odd times, and a distinctive mellow sound. It is unobtrusive and melodic. They released their self titled record on March 2nd 2002. Flashlight Fiction then released their second EP, in June of 03, but, alas, they are done playing together.
