Flash Litmus are a space funk band formed in Edinburgh, Scotland in 2007. They pioneered an instrumental form of funk rock called Triton funk. In 2007 they formed as a three-piece comprised of members of local sludge punk band the TOTALs. They recorded one demo under the name the Sattie's Factory Funkmeisters in 2008, and then disbanded. Reformed in 2009 under the name Flash Litmus. Two tracks from this demo were featured on their debut single Been Caught Funking. Flash Litmus released their debut album Flash Litmus in 2009, and split up again in 2010. The members are Lama Laxative, hØla and mah Teush.
