Fitzgerald & Beach was a blues based acoustic duo that incorporated musical perspectives. D.C. Fitzgerald played guitar and sang with Bob Beach adding harmonica, flute and vocals. They employed gospel, R & B, rock & roll, country and of course the blues in both original material and unique arrangements. Bob and D.C. performed together on and off since the early 1970's and truly appreciated and complemented each other's musical talents. Their last recording was "Pilot Me" released in the Spring of 2006 on BoneDog Records. In August of 2004 Fitzgerald & Beach released "Joyful Noise", a collection of spiritual and gospel tunes both original and from other sources. Previous recorded works include Muddy Water Into Wine (2002) "Blues, New and Used"(1997), "Old School" a collection of early recordings by the duo and "Live DC" . Live performances included Northeast Folk Alliance Showcases, DelMarVa Folk Festival, Calliope Folk Series, Three Rivers Arts Festival, the 2004 Philadelphia Folk Festival, Spring Fever Folk Festival, Forksville Folk Festival, Hickory Fest, Lansdowne Folk Club, the Point, Club Café, World Café Live and many house concerts and coffeehouses. DC Fitzgerald was a veteran of blues and folk venues for over 30 years and performed everywhere from Rome to Kerrville, Texas. In 1995 he performed in the Pittsburgh City Theater's production of Woody Guthrie, An American Song'. The production was the taken on the road for a tour of the South and Mid-West. DC produced a
