There are at least two bands named Firebirds: 1. a Polish rock band from Szczecin, formed by Joanna Prykowska and Konrad Cwajda, best known for their 1996 album 'Kolory'. 2. a garage surf band from Groningen, The Netherlands, formed in 1991 by guitarists, Albert Jan Scheper en Hans Dallinga. (This band is frequently referred to as The Firebirds and some of their singles are indeed credited to The Firebirds, but on the sleeves of their full-length albums it says Firebirds, without 'The').
