From djferren.com With only a few year mixing on the turntables Ferren has succefully entered his name in the Hardstyle scene with the description of One of the best and known Hardstyle DJ in Sweden. Ferren started his music life when he as eleven years old by buying Ejay programs. and When he turned 17 years old he started to work in Reason with some crazy tunes. He started mixing Hardstyle on vinyl in 2002 and got the chance to play on some private and forest parties. After awhile Ferren turned his eyes on the internet and started to record his home made dj-sets for upload to the internet. Many knows these sets as "The Oblivian Series". Ferren was also known as one of the first hardstyle djs in sweden to play only hardstyle music during his sets. unfortunately the swedish dance scene was not ready for hardstyle music just yet. And that gave the result that Ferren had to stay underground and focus more on the internet radio streams. after a quite 2003, Ferren started again to get gigs in 2004 with good results from the crowds. But it wasnt before 2005 Ferren really started to make a name for himself with hardstyle. "Sweden is still a House/Trance and Psytrance country, and many clubs are afraid to try out something else then those styles". Today, now when Yoji Biomanika and Dana have been in Sweden, the grip on those styles starts to fade and a new harder scene is soon here! Ferren is more then positive that 2006 will be a great year.
