Fell to Erin are not going to change the world. Fell to Erin are probably not going to be the next big thing. What is true, is that Fell to Erin are a good rock and roll band. Real good. The four of them grew up, live and play in Hobart, and with seven years and three releases under their four skinny belts, the new songs keep getting better, the crowds get bigger, and the performances are powerful, yet still retain an intimacy. This was met with feelings of glee, but also disappointment at still being referred to as promising after playing over 200 shows together. But mostly glee (thanks to the fat wad of cash that came with it). They have racked up an enviable list of shows within their 150-plus gigs. Countless support shows (Eskimo Joe, Something For Kate, You Am I, Bodyjar, Grinspoon, Regurgitator, and The Cruel Sea to name a few) as well as playing both the Falls Festival in Marion Bay, and Tasmania’s Gone South festivals, have proven that Fell to Erin are more than capable of playing big shows to large crowds. The next single from Fell to Erin is going to be their best yet. The band enlisted Anton Hagop (Silverchair, Powderfinger, Waikiki) to produce their fourth release.
