Felipe Alem aka Felipe De Alencar Lacerda (1980 - ) is a Brasilia born muscian/producer. He began focusing on music during his teens when he taught himself guitar and played in a pop/rock group. He won some free blues guitar lessons with a local blues maverick on the local radio station and this really gave him an insight into different musical styles and flavours. As a young adult he studied guitar and vocal technique. He spent around 4 years in London where he drew a lot of inspiration to write songs based on his time there - the relationships he formed and experiences he gained. The sound engineering course he studied at Alchemea, London brought him into contact with other like minded and interesting musicians giving him the chance to collaborate with some of these.
