Feart. was a three-piece screamo band from Glasgow, Scotland, which consisted of Ducat on vocals and bass, Ryan Bell on guitar and Isaac Save on drums. Initially forming in 2019 under the name catslash, the band released various demo tracks via SoundCloud. Their debut show was initially scheduled for February 2020, but was ultimately cancelled three separate times due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The band finally played their debut show in March 2022 at the Hug and Pint, releasing the EP Some Songs (Live) in July. In August 2022, the band released catknives chauslash, a split EP with Dundee band Knives Chau Fan Club. The two bands embarked on a co-headlining UK release tour throughout the month. The band announced on December 31st that "we’ve got one more show planned and after that catslash will be dead." In March 2023, the band announced their return, changing their name to feart. They played their first show under the new name in April and consistently played shows around Scotland throughout the year. The band appeared on Monochrome - Split with hey, lonely planet and Glowwworms in January 2024. The band played their last show on April 24th, 2024 before quietly disbanding later that year.
